Wedding Cakes

Tiered Wedding Cakes
– Costs estimated with either flour or flourless cakes, flourless recommended for top tier
– Cost includes frostings in either vanilla bean butter icing, cream cheese frosting or dark chocolate ganache. Ivory ganache will require extra payment
– Costs include EITHER completely masked cake with smooth or textured frosting OR cakes with layers of frosting between layers and naked sides. Other adjustments will require extra payment
– Cakes come on silver board and in a box

Croquembouche
– Profiterole balls with vanilla 
or chocolate custard
– Minimum 30 balls maximum 150 balls
– Minimum 1 weeks notice
– 3 balls per person for desert size
– All other elements included in price (strawberries, toffee shards, spun sugar)
PLEASE NOTE Spun Sugar can only be done in the colder months

PLEASE NOTE
Cakes should be consumed on day of collection. Leftovers should be refrigerated.

Available to order Tuesday – Sunday from our Northgate or Morningside stores.
