Sourdoughs

Our handmade traditional sourdoughs have a minimum of 24 hour fermentation and are made with only flour, salt and water and do not contain dairy or commercial yeasts.

Grain & Oat – Lovingly made with a blend of organic grains and oats

Traditional White Sourdough – Made with only flour, salt and water

Blended – Made with spelt, rye and wholemeal flours

Light Rye – A blend of wholegrain rye and organic plain flour
